Reservations Policy
Colonel Saabs' Indian Restaurant Covent Garden Holborn Soho
Please see our terms and conditions below;
1. Ambience Fee
An ambience fee of £1 per person will be added to the final bill.
2. Private Dining Room Bookings
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 3 days prior to the reservation date.
3. We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up to your booking, then the deposit will not be refunded.
4. For Group bookings, the cancellation policy is based on group size:
For groups of 10 guests and above, we require at least 7 days' notice.
For parties of 25 guests and above, a minimum of 14 days' notice is required.
For exclusive venue hire, we request a minimum of one month's notice.
If a cancellation is made within the applicable notice period or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be non-refundable. For private dining room bookings, the full minimum spend will be charged.
5. Please note there is a smart casual dress code (no shorts or flip flops)
6. No dogs are allowed at any time in the restaurant.
7. Guests are permitted to bring their own celebratory cakes to the restaurant, however, there is a £25 corkage fee for external cakes for a booking of up to 8 guests. £3 per person will be charged for groups of 9 guests & over.
8. Please Note that the last booking for lunch is 2:30pm and last orders for the kitchen is 2:45pm and the last booking for dinner is 9:45 pm and last orders for the kitchen is 10:00 pm
9. For bookings that require deposits; once the deposit has been paid the booking will be subject to the terms and conditions and the party agrees to adhere to Colonel Saab’s booking policies, even if the contract has not been returned with a signature.
10. Please note the deposit amount will be redeemed from your final bill or will be forfeited in case of a no show or a cancellation as per cancellation policy. If you like this amount to be refunded please inform us at time of reservation or before the final Bill.
